Take care of people´s health and helping them to have a better quality life has been my passion since I was 16 years old.
Being healthy means many things: Not having pain; being able to move freely; have no illness, not having mental disorders or addictions and have a good relationship with people around you.
All this facts are most of the time related to each other and we have to observe closely where everything is coming from. And each one of us is a different human being with it´s own peculiarities.
There are many ways to take care of all this health factors and that is my mission. I like to use Physical Therapy to move your body in an appropriate and analytical way;
I use the osteopathy to feel the subtle tissues and observe what organs are damaging the structure or the other way. Also i like to do osteopathic/chiropractic adjustments to replace the structure if necessary and change nutrition if possible. And I use Yoga to calm the mind and teach people to let go and be more compassionated.
This global and holistic understanding requires decision, trust, intention, patience and constancy. Changing certain daily habits and reeducating our bodies and customs is a great way to start feeling better. Strengthen this new habits will help you to feel great.
